Leah is a witch with a talent for reading people's fates, but in her own life, she's adrift. While taking time away at her aunt's seaside cottage, she meets a mermaid and kindred spirit named Sha.

The longer Sha stays with Leah, the more she remembers about the human life she lost. Leah believes she can help Sha reclaim her life, but Sha can't fight the call of the sea forever.
